parts of the existing structure as the farm in the front area of the property and the stone walls of the residential building should be preserved in their basic structure.
the covered event area can be used as one spacious area, for smaller events the moveable elements offer the possibility to   divide the hall into separate spaces. if weather conditions permit, the doors of this part can be opened and the garden will flow in to the event area.
a folded roofing connects all three sections, the lifting of the construction gives the impression of a floating roof. in the central area of the guest house the garden will be folded across the buildings and will be constituting the visual protection for the private area of the project. the residential building takes up the flowing movement up to the consisting stone walls of the old farm house which will form the closure of the design.
